To bring Harvard's academic rigor to the American agricultural community, John M. Kocol seeks the approval of the Harvard Alumni Association (HAA) to rebrand the Harvard Extension School (HES) to the Harvard Kocol Extension School (HKES), and that the Master of Agriculture (MAgr) degree would then be offered to agricultural professionals with a focus on American military Veteran farmers. Currently, Harvard University does not offer a MAgr degree. Meanwhile, HKES would still confer the Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) degree and the Bachelor of Liberal Arts (ALB) degree. John thought about this name change on 3/4/2024.
